Start a project

Tell us the idea, the process it touches and what you would measure. We reply in writing. If there is a fit, the next step is a short call to place your idea in the KARPINITY Method.

Three ways to start

  1. Write to us. Use the form on this page.
  2. Email. Write to innovation [at] karpinity.com. It reaches the same inbox as the form.
  3. Start from an offer. If you know the first step you want, name it in your message: the AI opportunity assessment for an idea that needs a business case, the data readiness review when the data is the question, or the proof of value sprint when you have a metric and a confirmed data source.

What to include

A few lines are enough. Each of these helps us judge the fit faster.

  • The process or decision you want to change, and who owns it today.
  • The number that would show it worked. If you do not have one yet, say so.
  • The data involved, and whether it includes personal data.
  • Any rules you already know apply: revFADP, the EU AI Act, a sector regulator, GxP.
  • Your timing, and what a good outcome in the next quarter looks like.

Please do not send personal data or confidential documents in the first message. We will agree how to share them once there is a fit.

What happens after you write

  1. A person reads it. There is no autoresponder and no sales queue.
  2. You get a reply in writing. Expect it within a few working days.
  3. If there is a fit, a short call to place your idea in the Method and agree the first step. Price is on request and follows the scope.
  4. If there is no fit, we tell you so.

What happens to this information

We collect your name, email address, company name if you give one, and your message, to answer your enquiry and to assess whether an engagement is a fit. We process your IP address only to prevent spam and abuse of the form. For enquiries from the EU or EEA the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps at your request before a possible contract, and Art. 6(1)(f), our interest in answering enquiries. Under the revFADP we process the data in line with the principles of Art. 6. We keep your message only as long as we need it for this purpose.
