Wellsura

Wellsura is a member app for finding and booking fitness and wellness venues with credits. Members check in with a QR code. An insurance-aware catalogue shows which activities their health insurance may reimburse and flags certified venues. Reimbursement rules change every year, so Wellsura quotes no figures.

A guided intake and a ranker suggest activities that fit the member, with a stated reason for each. Venues get their own check-in app and a partner web portal.

1. Intake. A seven-step questionnaire writes a versioned wellness profile.
2. Recommendations. The ranker scores activities on goal fit, schedule overlap, distance and budget.
3. Book. Credits and subscriptions pay for classes.
4. Check in. A QR code at the venue records the visit.
5. Claim. Members start an insurance reimbursement claim from the catalogue.

On the venue side, the check-in app covers schedule, roster and statements, and the partner portal covers onboarding and payouts.

An AI companion you can audit

Wellsura’s companion is a deterministic ranker, a plain weighted sum that you can read end to end. Each result carries reason codes from a fixed list, so you can always read why something was recommended.

Insurance stays out of the ranking

Whether an activity is reimbursable never influences what the ranker recommends. A test over the reason codes enforces that.

Limits we chose

Personal-data deletion is physical: the data is removed, not flagged.

Wellsura is for people in Switzerland who want one membership for fitness and wellness, and who want to know which activities their insurance may reimburse. Gyms, studios and wellness venues join as partners to reach those members, with a check-in app and a web portal of their own.
