Each role is trained on its own part of the trade lifecycle, and the content follows the standardised process, so people learn the way the company actually works. An avatar can play a counterparty, a colleague or a coach, as often as someone wants to practise.

Onboarding no longer depends on who has time to explain. People rehearse the hard conversations, such as a recap query or a risk escalation, before they face one. Training stays aligned with the process because both come from the same source.
